We are currently having an issue with mnserver that is causing it to fail to load correctly. We are investigating this and hope to have a resolution shortly.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. (12:00 BST 1st October 2014)

The server is now back up and running. We are looking at whether to replace the drive overnight as a precaution to reduce the chance of this happening again. We will keep you updated. If the drive is replaced, all accounts will be copied over as quickly as we possibly can. (15:12 BST)

The hard drives have been replaced in this server, all data has now been copied across and we believe all accounts should be functioning normally. (7th October 2014)

We are currently having issues with mnserver. The server was showing an error earlier, we rebooted the server as part of the corrective action. The is now showing a file system error on reboot. We are working on this and will update as soon as we can.

We are currently having issues with mnserver.co.uk, this server is currently offline whilst we investigate a hardware issue. We will update as soon as we have made progress. (6th March 2013 14:25 GMT)

There have been intermittent problems again this evening. We have the server back up and running, but are still working to find out what is causing a problem. (23:20 GMT)

New servers

August 11th, 2011

After several recent server issues, we have decided to move to new servers that are more powerful than current ones. The new servers are also UK based. We will need to copy all accounts over, which will take some time, this will require a change of nameservers. Please open a support ticket for us to get your account moved over. We will also send out emails to customers from the billing system shortly.

We are currently having issues with apache on this server, all other services are operating normally but web traffic is failing intermittently. We are working on this and will post again when we have made progess. (29th June 2011 9:20 BST)

GTC Server

The accounts are now coming back online one by one.

This is taking some time due to the size of some of the accounts.

Please be patient while we restore them, once they are loaded if you have any further problems please contact us.

We now believe that we have 99% of the server and accounts back to normal. If something is not working or is missing please let us know so that we can investigate. (15th March 2011)

GTC Server Down

We are currently aware that GTC server is down.

The main Hard Drive has failed, we have replaced the Hard Drive and are currently reinstalling the OS.

We are currently having an issue with exim, the mail service on this server, this is currently affecting both inbound and outbound email with several clients reporting that they cannot use either. We are working on this and hope to have it resolved soon. (25th October 2010 12:05 BST)

Exim service was fixed last night at approx 9pm and the mail queue began processing, the queue is still in progress this morning but is clearing well and mail has been back to normal for over 12 hours, we apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. (26th October 2010 9:50 BST)
