We are currently upgrading the support area to a later version as PHP4 is now at the end of its life, this upgrade will require some tweaking of PHP settings, please bear with us while this update takes place. The billing providers have at long last completed the upgrade, after lots of up and down time. There are a couple of invoices that will have to be sent out manually in the next few days, but most things should be back to normal now. (8th October 2008)

We are currently showing a problem with Apache on this server, this is causing all web sites to fail, mail and FTP are unaffected by this. We are working on the issue and will post an update when the server is back to normal. (25th February 2008 10:10 GMT)

This issue is now resolved, the server has been back to normal for about 40 minutes. (11:40 GMT)

After yesterdays and last weeks unresponsiveness on this server, we have decided that it would be prudent that we take the server down for a short time to run a hard disk and memory check. At this time all accounts will be unavailable. We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but feel that it is a wise step after two unresponsive occurences in a short period. (19th January 2008 12:28 GMT)

We have found several bad sectors on the hard drive, although they are not critical at the moment, we feel it best to replace the drive as bad sectors are fairly likely to get worse and could cause a complete hard drive failure. This will mean a restore of a server backup, we will post again once we have made progress on this. (13:48 GMT)

All accounts have now been restored and are active as of around 5am this morning, we think we have now completed the few accounts that went a little awry as a result of the restore. If all clients could check that there domains are working or if there are any PHP modules that need putting on, please let us know. (20th January 09:10 GMT)

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, the above server is unresponsive to several users and now ourselves, we are rebooting now and will post again when it is stable. (18th January 2008 4:28pm GMT)

The server is back up now and is looking stable, we will continue to monitor it for a few hours to try to establish what happened. (4:35pm GMT)

We are currently running a server wide full virus scan as a user appears to have had his account infected with several virus files, this is merely a precautionary measure, as, if one account is compromised, it will not compromise another clients account. Although this may cause a degradation in server performance, which we apologise for, we feel that it is best to scan the entire server. (27th November 2007 18:10 GMT)

This server has been stable for over an hour now, we believe that the server was being Denial Of Serviced which caused such a long amount of dowmtime as it was rebooted four time in total. We apologies for the inconvenience caused. (9:55 pm 7th Nov GMT)
